What types of suppliers does Commerce Kitty support?

Commerce Kitty natively supports major POD suppliers (Printful, Printify, Gooten) and can route orders to other suppliers via email or API. For custom supplier integrations, contact us to discuss your setup.

Can I route different products to different suppliers?

Yes. Commerce Kitty supports rule-based routing. You can configure rules so products in a certain collection go to Supplier A, while products tagged with a specific tag go to Supplier B. The routing logic is fully configurable.

Does tracking sync back to Shopify automatically?

Yes. When a supplier provides tracking information, Commerce Kitty updates the Shopify order automatically. Shopify then sends the shipping notification to your customer based on your notification settings.

What happens if an order fails to route?

Commerce Kitty sends you an alert when an order fails to route so you can handle it manually. Routing failures are rare but the alert system ensures nothing gets lost silently.
